5 Arya Stark Theories That Actually Make A Lot Of Sense

The long wait for Game Of Thrones season 8 has begun. Although it is difficult to be patient for so long, it gives us time to speculate what the endgame is going to be. Speaking of endgame, in my opinion, Arya Stark will have a crucial role to play in the ending of Got. Keeping this in mind, let us take a look at these mind blowing Arya Stark Theories.

Arya Is The Show’s Lady Stoneheart

Catelyn Stark Resurrection

Arya didn’t exactly die in Braavos, but she was stabbed and fell into the water. Although it’s not exactly how Lady Stoneheart was born in the books, it is close enough. Let us take a look at the word- Stoneheart. Arya has changed a lot since her creepy internship with the many faced God. In fact, she has become stone hearted. Therefore, it makes more sense for Arya to be lady Stoneheart instead of her mother being resurrected in a monstrous form.

The Waif Succeeded In Killing Arya

Catelyn Stark Resurrection

If Game of Thrones really wants to give us a heartbreak then this theory is the way to go. It seems a little illogical that Arya survived multiple stabbings. Moreover, how could Arya win her fight with the Waif in such an injured condition? Not only did she win, she also recovered from serious wounds surprisingly quickly. Even Faye Marsay- the Waif actress said, “It would have been amazing to do a final fight scene, but the creators of this show are so good at making people second-guess things.” This theory suggests Arya Stark didn’t survive. The girl who returned to the many faced God is the Waif wearing Arya’s face. After all, she had been training long before Arya came along, so maybe by killing Arya, she passed her test. She also spent a lot of time learning about Arya so that she could easily impersonate her.

Arya Will Kill Melisandre

GOT Season 7 Deaths

This is one of the most popular Arya Stark Theories! The Red Woman told Arya, “I see a darkness in you and in that darkness, eyes staring back at me — brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes. Eyes you will shut forever. We will meet again.” Maybe this implies that Arya is going to shut her eyes as well. From Melisandre’s look, it can be speculated that she knows that Arya is going to kill her. Their meeting won’t be a pleasant one!

Arya’s Dagger Has A Huge Role To Play

valyrian steel dagger

There have been many speculations about Bran and Arya’s mysterious valyrian steel dagger that might have something to do with defeating white walkers once and for all. Now that Arya is back as a trained assassin and a deadly dagger in her hands, time will tell what she is going to do with it. She would definitely put that dagger to good use. With Valaryian steel in her hands, Arya could kill the Night King. Since it is also referred to as dragon steel in the “A Song of Ice and Fire” books. Making it one of the few weapons to kill a White Walker.

Jaqen H’ghar Wanted Arya To Go To WesterosArya Stark Theories

“Unless all of that was really selfless on his part, I think the Faceless Men want to have some sort of influence on what’s happening in Westeros, and Arya being their weapon,” Wlaschiha said in an interview. Is this a direct indication that Jaqen H’ghar has a huge role to play?
