Euron’s giftGame Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 3

Remember, back in Game Of Thrones Season 7 episode 1, Euron vowed to return to King’s Landing with a present for Cersei to make her reconsider his proposal? In Game Of Thrones Season 7 episode 2, we saw Euron Greyjoy lay siege to the Greyjoys’ Iron Fleet. He won the battle at sea and took Ellaria, Tyene and Yara Greyjoy captive. In the teaser trailer for this week’s episode, Euron is seen valiantly riding through King’s Landing presumably because he earned Cersei an early advantage in the war for the Iron Throne. He is parading a chained Yara, Ellaria and Tyene through the city. Giving Myrcella’s killers to Cersei would be quite the gift.

The most obvious explanation is that the title refers to Queen Cersei exacting revenge against Ellaria for killing her daughter Myrcella back in Season 5.

Casterly rock:Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 3

Casterly Rock has been mentioned but never shown. This is the first time in Game of Thrones that we will see it. The castle is built into a rock formation and has many hidden catacombs and entryways through which the Unsullied can attack if they can figure out where to go. Luckily for them, Tyrion has extensive knowledge of the Lannister home. In the teaser, we see the Unsullied setting sail for Casterly Rock, storming the gates of the castle and leaving some Lannister soldiers dead.

Interpretation of Jon and Daenerys meet upGame Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 3

Jon and Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) will arrive at Dragonstone and be greeted by Tyrion first before being taken to meet the queen in the Dragonstone throne room. In “Stormborn,” Dany made it clear she wants Jon to come and bend the knee before the true queen. Jon will also pay a visit to Daenerys in her chambers. Davos almost lets it slip that Jon came back from the dead saying he took a dagger to the heart for his people but Jon cuts him off. They have a back and forth about their accomplishments in why they are where they are today. Jon is dedicated to destroying the White Walkers, and Daenerys has a mountain of Walker-destroying Dragonglass at her feet. Moreover, Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow, said in ELLE’s August issue that he thinks Jon and Daenerys finally meeting “will be a huge pleasure,” giving GOT fans hope for a powerful alliance between the two. This clashing of important characters is going to be unbelievably exciting, and it could go wonderfully right or it could go horribly wrong.
